The program suite MicrobeTracker outlines bacterial cells in microscope images, 
analyzes fluorescence data and performs statistical analysis of the cells. The 
suite has been developed by Oleksii Sliusarenko with minor contribution of 
Therry Emonet, Michael Sneddon, and Whitman Schofield, members of the Emonet 
lab and the Jacobs-Wagner lab, Yale University, New Haven, CT.
